Our goal with the Lifted by Lita brand is to upLIFT in various ways. Its an experience from start to finish. We want to encourage and provide natural resources for us all to embrace a healthy, happy, and balanced life filled with love, peace and synergy; highlighting the power in self care, self awareness and self love.

We want to engage you in healthier practices by leaving room for balance and grace; creating a positive and comfortable mental environment while providing resources to possibly heal your mind, body, and soul. Enjoy!

We are currently offering our Signature Sea Moss Drinks made with Raw St Lucian Sea Moss, real fruit, good intentions and love. We also have Fresh Elderberry Syrup available, and it is paired with ginger root, cinnamon, and raw honey. (Can substitute honey for Raw Blue Agave for my Vegan customers)

We believe that natural herbs and fruits are packed with so much power and benefits to relieve so many symptoms and support longevity. It is very important that we put the right things in our bodies, physically and mentally.

We will have additional signature drinks, sea moss gel, teas, creative activity kits, statement pieces, and wellness events available at a later date.
